EXPERIENCE:

Strong proven experience in engineering functions with a large scale organization house of which at least last 10 years should be in the capacity of a Head

Should have driven and executed large scale and premium residential townships and Mixed Use Developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position has the overall responsibility for all the real estate construction developments, both residential and commercial projects of the Company across West India.

The incumbent will be heading the Projects function and his role shall broadly encompass the following activities:

• Strategy Formulation, Planning and Execution of projects.
• Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
• Liaison between Top Management, Clients, Consultants and PMCs,
• Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
