KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely and accurate preparation of activity schedule for the various projects .
  • Effective monitoring of the actual progress and revising the schedule based on the same.
  • Accurate item-wise estimation of the quantity of material required for the various projects.
  • Timely and accurate revision of the estimate based on any changes in the design/ drawings of the project.
  • Timely escalation of all important matter requiring top level intervention to the appropriate level

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Project Cost Analysis & Cost Tracking.
  • Technical analysis of bids received from contractors & vendors and also Cross Checking.
  • Contractors Before Awarding with Budget.
  • Co-ordination with commercial team in procurement process for cost effectiveness.
  • Preparing and monitoring Construction Schedule – Residential & PWD Project.
  • Track Project Progress for Time and Cost – Residential & PWD Project
  • Preparing Cost Plan / Budget for Residential & PWD Project.
  • Preparing and monitoring Cash Flow – Residential & PWD Project & reviewing on quarterly basis.
  • Provide Material Procurement Plan to Purchase Team and updating it as per Project progress.
  • Part of design development team for designing of Residential units, basic amenities, infrastructure & area development / Landscape.
  • Coordination with internal Marketing, Sales & customer care team – for designing of pamphlets, presentation layouts & understand special requirements of customers.
  • Expertise in Project Planning – Time & Cost for effective Project Management to ensure a successful Project completion within time, cost and quality parameters.
  • Expertise and keen interested in Cost Estimation, detailed Budget preparation and Project CoC Reporting.
  • Expertise in Auditing & MIS Management of various core Project Management & Business functions.
  • Expertise in studying the SOPs for various Project Management functions, suggesting changes if required in joint discussion with Senior Management and auditing the various Business
  • Processes in adherence with the concerned SOP.
  • Review and finalize Construction budgets – project wise.
  • Review and finalize 3 monthly cash outflows based on the approved construction budgets project wise (based on inputs from Planning team).
  • Present project wise budgets and cash flows to management and justify reasons, assumptions as may be applicable.
  • Send approved budgets and cash flows to Finance for consolidation and monitoring.
  • Initiate dialogue with Finance to provide timely inputs regarding major activity changes/ event happenings which are likely to impact the working capital management (from the cost perspective).
  • Justify budget variations if any based-on comparison between Actual v/s. Budgeted costs.
  • Utilize engineering knowledge to estimate project costs accurately, accounting for project scope, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Monitor project expenses throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.
  • Value Engineering Options Identification for optimisation of costs
