QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Architecture / Graduate Diploma in Architecture from reputed design institute like SPA, CEPT, JJCA equivalent.

TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:

18+ years with reputed Construction House / Architects / Firms, with a minimum of 06 to 07 years of exclusive Retail Design and Coordination experience.
Should have preferably worked on large scale projects like Shopping Malls, Retail Stores, 5-star hotels, Commercial projects etc.
Should have experience in planning, design and integration of architecture with services and interiors.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage in house design team and prepare area statements, FSI statements, check project efficiencies and approve drawings/submittals by the various design consultants
Will lead a team of young architects and interior designers.
Planning and managing projects through all phases of the project life span.
Coordination with all consultants – International and Local
Preparing RFP & scope documents for appointment of design consultants
Prepare project brief and design control documents to ensure code and statutory compliance of design.
Responsible for taking all building plan approvals including MC, AAI, CFO, MoEF, IGBC etc
Track monitor pre-construction timelines, design deliveries and building plan approvals.
Undertake project feasibility for potential properties or new acquisition.
On site coordination, monitoring and site supervision.

KEY SKILLS:

Knowledge of latest market trends in Retail design and technology essential.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Office.
High interpersonal skills, proficient in communication with excellent presentation skills
Eye for detail, material specifications, cost knowhow.
