JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Chief Finance Officer/ Finance Controller shall be responsible for all matters related to Finance & Accounts department and will be reporting to C.E.O. He shall be responsible for but not limited to:

• Providing independent assurance to the Management with respect to finalization / completeness of financials
• All statutory Compliances
• Managing the Financial planning process, determining the financial needs, cash flow Management and monitoring adverse effect of exchange rates
• Review of existing Business Control Systems and improvement wherever required
• Ensuring that the financial reporting and planning for the business is reliable, timely and Effective while considering short to medium term risk and business needs.
• Preparing quarterly, half year, yearly budgets forecasts followed with actual along with variance analysis and advising corrective actions
• Responsible for meeting deadlines for Cash flow, P&L, MIS, filing of returns, payment of Taxes, deductions
• Close monitoring, co-ordination with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors till the Finalization of P&L / Balance sheet and making presentations with information of MIS and Detailed analysis for Board Meeting / requirement of CEO
• Compliance of Direct and Indirect tax regulations ( including GST, IGST, TDS ETC).Accepting notices and coordinating response in consultation with our retainers and advisors along with participating in preparation and resolution of matters under appeal as various stages of resolution
• Managing contacts & relationships with the bankers, lenders, Auditors, consultants, customers and vendors and various external government regulatory agencies\
