Job Summary:

At Keytaal Worldwide, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the end-to-end recruitment process for our diverse clientele. Your role will range from candidate sourcing, screening, and initial engagement, as well as external stakeholder management. By collaborating with in the team and learning from their expertise, you will develop essential skills and knowledge in the field of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and understand client requirements and position specifications.
• Source potential candidates using various methods such as online job boards, social media, and database searches.
• Screen candidate resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct preliminary phone/in-person/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and interest in job opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate MIS in Keytaal’s formats.
• Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client presentation.
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings as part of the screening process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Graduate with 0 – 10 years experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a non-negotiable skill.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the HR and recruitment.
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools for candidate sourcing like LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Shine, Monster etc
• Knowledge of candidate assessment techniques.
