QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE:

  • Asst Manager – 4-8 Years with a large-scale real estate developer.
  • Manager/ Sr Manager – 6-10 Years with a large-scale real estate developer.
  • AGM – 10+ Years with a large-scale real estate developer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identification of CPs/realty Brokers, Franchises and signing them to generate business for the firm.
  • Establishing tie ups with reliable channel partners
  • Identifying channel partners in the markets, connecting on regular basis, promoting our projects to them.
  • Responsible for the sale of luxury high end spaces through CPs and HNI clientele base in markets
  • Ensure sales through channels (brokers and alternate channel) at active projects.
  • Building relationship with channel partners
  • Generate leads from channel partners.
  • Ensure that there is an increase in the number of walk in and leads through CPs.
  • To understand the reason of cancellation of deal closure if any and make necessary changes in the process.
  • Contribution of CP in value (Rs. Cr) and volume achievements (units) as per the targets.
  • To ensure smooth registration, training certification and brokerage disbursal for CP
