QUALIFICATIONS: PGD / MBA in Marketing

EXPERIENCE: 15 – 20 years with relevant experience in marketing activities in retail / commercial industry.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The position has the overall responsibility for carrying out all marketing & brand building activities.
  • Developing out of the box marketing strategy planning & execution.
  • Build a sustainable value proposition for the brand and strategize brand communication.
  • Supervising Advertising, Media and PR functions for the division.
  • Coordinating with advertising agencies, media planning, managing publicity campaigns, monitoring annual budgets etc.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for:
  • Corporate tie-ups & Strategic alliances.
  • Handling PR
  • Digital Marketing
  • AI & AGI initiatives
  • Revenue Maximization
  • Design & Implement Corporate Communications for the Company using the right media mix.
  • Tracking industry trends and stories to ensure company’s participation in key industry stories.
  • Developing a crisis management system to avoid any negative coverage.
  • Creating Media Dossier and Executive Summary for the top management.
  • Maintain media relations & visibility using various PR Tools
  • Continuous updates and tracking of the media segment of the website and group intranet.
  • Creating concept notes and articles / write-ups to local and national media outlets, securing positive coverage in multiple publications.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, with eye for detail
  • A good understanding of social media and ability to curate engaging stories for the audience
  • Abreast of latest initiatives undertaken in the industry
