QUALIFICATIONS:
Any Graduate
EXPERIENCE:
- Asst Manager – 4-8 Years with a large-scale real estate developer.
- Manager/ Sr Manager – 6-10 Years with a large-scale real estate developer.
- AGM – 10+ Years with a large-scale real estate developer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identification of CPs/realty Brokers, Franchises and signing them to generate business for the firm.
- Establishing tie ups with reliable channel partners
- Identifying channel partners in the markets, connecting on regular basis, promoting our projects to them.
- Responsible for the sale of luxury high end spaces through CPs and HNI clientele base in markets
- Ensure sales through channels (brokers and alternate channel) at active projects.
- Building relationship with channel partners
- Generate leads from channel partners.
- Ensure that there is an increase in the number of walk in and leads through CPs.
- To understand the reason of cancellation of deal closure if any and make necessary changes in the process.
- Contribution of CP in value (Rs. Cr) and volume achievements (units) as per the targets.
- To ensure smooth registration, training certification and brokerage disbursal for CP
