Head (VP/AVP) – Sales – Real Estate – Mumbai & Pune

  • Experience – 15+ years of similar experience in high end, premium Residential Sales with a premier Real Estate Developer with experience in handling multiple sites or portfolio of Projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Heading and driving the Sales team to achieve sales budgets.
  • Monitoring pre-sales and post sales activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
  • Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference
  • Work closely with team to ensure higher customer experience at site & sales office is best and bring the wow impact in the prospects mind.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Current experience in leading the Deal Closure in South Mumbai where the transaction values are high, meeting the customers personally and leading the transactions closure.
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with strategic channel partners
  • Work closely with Marketing Head and team for lead generation and site activation
  • Overall responsibility for marketing initiatives for the luxury projects
  • Overall responsibility of tracking leads, customer queries, sales pipeline, customer meetings, negotiations and ensuring deal closures.
  • System, process and work-flow as decided by the company to be followed and ensure the team is 100% compliant on this front.
  • Work with all stakeholders (Construction, liaison, architects, legal, finance & back-office) to ensure site experience is best and progress of the construction is shared with customers
  • Conduct weekly reviews with the team to ensure business plan owned is progressing well and take corrective steps regularly for overachieving the business plan.
  • Ensure the business plan and annual targets are attained

  • Should be updated with Global Luxury Residential trends.
